Due to our rapid growth and some significant wins with some of the world’s leading brands, we’re now looking for an accomplished Sales Director who can help us accelerate our journey from start-up to scale up.
You’ll have experience in selling B2B SaaS software, have a passion for creating a high-performing sales culture, and be obsessed with customer experience. Reporting to the CEO and working collaboratively with our product and marketing teams, you will be responsible for defining our GTM strategy as well as driving our revenues to ensure we achieve our aspirational goals.

> You will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market sales strategy that drives fast and sustainable growth.
> You’ll work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to strategise, develop and implement awareness campaigns that drive interest and revenue.
> You’ll manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation and other deliverables for closing deals in the EMEA, APAC & US markets.
> Lead a consultative sales approach, learning prospect’s challenges, advising on solutions while demonstrating ROI and strategic value.
> Become a ReMake product expert and deliver customer-tailored demonstrations to interested prospects .
> You will build out our SDR function to enable a regular flow of sales qualified leads.
> Establish and build relationships with strategic partners such as Amazon and Adobe.

> Minimum 3 years of international SaaS sales experience, managing non-transactional sales cycles.
> Track record of consistent over-achievement with a commitment to a process-driven sales approach.
> You have grit, a can-do attitude, resourcefulness, you're someone who thrives off of autonomy and a fast paced environment.
> High accountability and commercial awareness.
> Growth-mindset, you’re constantly striving to learn and improve.
> Excellent project management skills.
> Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
> Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision.
> Experience within a social media or video tech business is desirable.
